The two shorter beams are beams, which are respectively fixed on the installed leg of the bed, and gently shake the leg of the bed to ensure that there is no looseness.

2. Install the casters: The casters of this product are connected by thread. The four casters can be installed in the four screw holes regardless of their positions.
3. Installation of the toilet hole: The toilet hole is composed of three parts: the bed surface toilet hole structure, the bedpan holder, and the toilet hole handle. The bedpan holder is connected with the bed surface by a rod transfer device, and the toilet hole is opened and closed by controlling the spherical handle.
4. Install the head and foot of the bed: the headboard is higher and the footboard is shorter, so the hanging installation method is adopted. Align the bed head hook with the iron pin of the bed iron and buckle the lock.
5. Install the guardrail: align the hole of the guardrail frame with the punched position of the bedside, and fix it with screws, with the guardrail switch facing the side of the bed.
6. Debug the controller: The motor and push rod have been installed before leaving the factory. After the power is turned on, debug through the controller. For details, see "Product Function Introduction".
7. Lay out the mattress; if the product is equipped with a special mattress, follow the design of the bed surface and correspond to the position of the back frame, foot frame and toilet hole.
The installation steps are as follows: ①First, connect the toilet hole with the bedpan holder with the product's built-in anti-loosening screw; ②Secondly, install the spherical handle; ③Next, install the spring buffer device, and fix the handle with the bed leg; ④Then, plug it in Split pin, connect the knob with the passing rod. ⑤Finally, with the bed facing up, move the handle left and right to observe whether the toilet hole is fully opened and reset. Note: If the toilet hole cannot be closed in place, please pull out the split pin, rotate the toilet hole transfer rod, and readjust the position of the toilet hole.
